TJ Maxx and Five Below Under Construction at Feather River Shopping Center
Construction is underway at Feather River Shopping Center in Linda, next to Costco, for two new retailers: TJ Maxx and Five Below. Both are new to Yuba County, and TJ Maxx will be its first location in the greater Yuba-Sutter area.
The center is being developed by local builder and developer Hilbers on a site with a long commercial history. The former mall was demolished after a devastating fire, and its redevelopment is returning a once-underutilized property to active use as a modern retail center.
Along with the national retailers, Hilbers is building smaller multi-tenant spaces for locally owned businesses as well as regional and national brands.
